You are taking private lessons: please inform your trainer as soon as possible. If you cannot reach him/her, notify our office. You will not be charged for the lesson if you cancel at least one business day in advance by 12 noon.
You are attending a group lesson: please inform one of your classmates and/or the trainer. You will not be able to make up this lesson, but your trainer will make sure you receive the lesson content.
Inform your language trainer. If you cannot reach him/her, contact our office. We will try to reach your trainer during office hours. This way your trainer will know that you are coming but will be a little late.
A computer, laptop, or tablet with a webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection are all you need. You can even participate in online classes via your smartphone. We use various platforms such as Zoom, Teams or Skype. It is usually enough to click on the invitation without having to download any specific software.
Yes. Our trainer can also come to your home.
You decide the size of your group. It is important that you have similar language levels and needs. A group ideally consists of 4 to 6 or 8 participants.
Our language courses are cheaper than many other offers and courses. A course costs 60 to 70 euros per hour without VAT. For this price, you will receive lessons that are completely tailored to you. In addition, our courses are eligible for many grants.
