Very satisfied with this training. Katrien was born for this; she is brilliant. When you hear her talking, you immediately get in a good mood. She gives you a lot of customised tips & tricks and always approaches the subject with a positive mindset. Very positive, constructive and efficient!

A combination of must-haves and interesting facts for a novice speaker. A pleasant trainer who looks for the specific needs of the student and pays attention to the main points for improvement during the course.

I feel I have made real progress since the start of the course. After each class, we receive a summary of what we have learned, which allows us to remember the vocabulary we have covered. Our trainer perfectly adjusts himself to our level and we are given situations relevant for both our professional and personal life.

The course was very well structured. It was well balanced where it was challenging, but not beyond the capabilities. The tutor was very patient, and kept a good pace of learning and provided useful documentation and feedback. The tutor made the course engaging and fun which made the experience enjoyable.

This is the first time I have managed to learn (and retain) Dutch so effectively, after several unsuccessful and frustrating attempts (at school, university and then in the workplace): Katrien’s teaching method is motivating and interesting because it is personalised and focused on specific and practical goals/exercises. The classes truly combine business with pleasure! The assignments and class schedule are adapted to my availability. In short, I am delighted 🙂
