Terms and Conditions – EUROSPEAK Language Training and Coaching

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by EUROSPEAK. By confirming a booking, you accept these Term

2. Our Services
We offer customized language training online, at your office, or in our classrooms. We match the program to your goals. Trainers are experienced professionals and mostly native speakers.

3. Commitment
We perform our services professionally and with care, according to schedule. If we need to postpone an appointment because of unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly and reschedule.
All information shared with us is treated confidentially and only used for your training.


4. Independence
We work independently and in consent with your needs and goals.


5. Our Trainers
We ensure trainers are qualified. If needed, we replace a trainer without disrupting the training. You can request a change if you have valid concerns.


6. Prices and Costs
Our hourly rates are stated in the offer. We may charge for materials, admin, travel, and participant changes.


7. Orders and Payments
Signed quotes are binding. Invoices must be paid within 30 days (or 5 days for short courses or individuals). Late payments may lead to interest charges and suspension of services.


8. Scheduling and Cancellations
Group lessons follow a fixed schedule. No make-up classes unless prepaid.
Intensive courses (from 6h/day):
Cancel < 2 weeks: full cost charged.
Cancel 2–3 weeks: 50% charged.
Cancel > 3 weeks: only admin fee charged.
Other lessons must be cancelled at least 1 working day in advance (before 12:00), with written confirmation.


9. Monitoring & Reporting
Progress and documents are available via our “Eurospeak Campus” platform and remain accessible for 3 years.


10. Validity
Lessons must be used within 1 year. Unused hours will not be refunded.


11. Insurance & Liability
We carry appropriate insurance. We are not liable for damage unless caused by our fault. You are responsible for providing accurate information.


12. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events, either party may suspend services without liability.


13. Privacy
Your data is handled according to GDPR. It helps us to offer quality training.


14. Intellectual Property
All materials remain EUROSPEAK property and may not be reused or shared without written permission.


15. No Poaching
You may not hire or contract our staff during or for 1 year after the agreement without our written consent.

16. Safety
Both parties ensure workplace safety rules are followed.


17. Legal Validity
If a clause is invalid, the rest of the agreement remains valid.


18. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is available on our website.


19. Jurisdiction
Belgian law applies. Disputes are handled by courts in Brussels.
