During coaching sessions, our language coaches literally work alongside their foreign-language coachees. They provide language support to employees and provide useful and easy tips to staff and supervisors, for example on how to work with control questions, FAQS, or a translation app.

Our language coaching is not limited to our presence in the workplace. Our language coaches develop practical material. For example, thematic glossaries, key sentences, language tasks, workplace labels and instructions, and short instruction videos. These materials help coachees to understand and use appropriate language at work.

In the language report, our language coaches list tailor-made language goals, actions, and issues. They also encourage coachees to work on their language skills beyond the workplace through classes, social contacts, digital media and self-study materials.
