This language course is designed for nurses, caregivers, educators, support staff, doctors, psychologists, managers, reception staff, administrative staff, and trainees in care institutions and aid organisations.

You will improve your listening and speaking skills in your selected language by:

  • understanding your colleagues and patients
  • increasing your healthcare vocabulary, especially specific to your field
  • learning how to ask questions
  • formulating answers
  • being able to say when you don’t understand something
  • being to respond diplomatically when people don’t understand you

Reading and writing skills are limited to the following topics:

  • understanding written communication in your working environment
  • writing reports and presentations
